The GetHealthyRapidCity.com forums is a free service provided for our visitors to help them connect with other people.  On these forums you might interact with medical professionals, medical students, and ordinary people just looking for some advice or willing to help others.  Please use this web site responsibly and with respect.  Here are some basic (common sense) rules everyone must abide by.  Keep in mind that violating these rules is no guarantee of being denied access, nor are these rules the only qualifiers from being denied access if you are attempting to abuse this site.

- We are all people here.  Treat each other with the same respect and dignity you deserve.
- Do not make personal threats of any kind.
- Do not attempt to access and post personal information about any member of this site that might reveal their identity or personal information.
- Do not harass or otherwise attempt to insult another member.
- Keep language civil.  Overly "colorful" vocabulary may be modified by these forums or moderators--with unpredictable results.
- Do not attempt to access this site via a proxy connection or service.

Notes about generic forum usage:

- Not everything posted in these forums is guaranteed to be accurate.  Genuine medical concerns should be addressed by your regular physician.

- If you wish to contact a member of this site without using the forums, please use the private messaging feature (under the "My Messages" menu) to request their contact information.  Do not attempt to solicit any personal information in discussion topics.  If your request is denied by that member, respect their wishes.

- Moderators are human beings.  They have bias, personal opinions, and bad days.  Blaming moderators for any kind of failure (lack of enforcement, overly zealous enforcement, favoritism, etc) won't earn you any brownie points.  Be respectful of their (completely voluntary) time spent helping to foster a growing community.
